My kitchen is compound only and exclusively from fished coolness and local, accompanied by tasting  of wines of production charasteristic of our territory notorious for the qualitative high-level.
My restaurant is appeared on the textbook of the Mangiarbene in the Italian style ( Slow Food publisher ) and on other periodicals to national circulation.
My specialty? The "Zuppa di Pesce", flat more and more difficult by find in the Italian restaurants. ravioli of fish and the spring `fusilli'.

"....still engaged, Maria and Marco Coviello had already well clear, in the thoughts, it does behaviour in the lifetime: opening a restaurant. It began so an adventure that today, from a long way away of nearly twenty years ( though are still young ), it confirms in its validity. The place escapes from the tourist clamors - there is not neither the insignia on the main road - but knows how to a short while satisfy all: families and young, if they want to also only a pizza, as well as the lover of the good fish.
